Trunks 5 is the latest installment to Hot House Entertainment's power-selling
Trunks series. Fans of the poolside hunk fantasy series will
no doubt be transfixed with its five scenes of carefully orchestrated sexual
frolic, all meeting the studio's high standards.
For us, there was something about Trunks 5 that seemed like it was a second shelf project. Where does this feeling come from? Logically, fans will want to compare Trunks 5 with the previous films in the series. All were unquestionable five star gold features. Take, for example, Trunks 4, a movie that was absolutely dynamite. Other than Ross Hurson, there are here none of the usual Olympian Euro-gods here. No Francesco D'Macho. No Thom Barron. No Christopher Sharff.
Furthermore, most of the cast of this movie have appeared in numerous films this year already, some with a myriad of other California studios. One prime example: David Dakota, who stars in Jet Set's latest
film, which also just happens to include heavy influences from the Trunks series, Slide.
With that being said and out of the way, and probably after really irritating two of this website's favorite movie studios, let's look at some of the high points of Trunks 5.
Director Steven Scarborough has developed an fascinating ability to film models in close concert with the shimmering water of the pool and the surrounding scenery. It's difficult to think of any other producers who have filmed at this level. The resulting visual effect takes porn to the beauty level of modern architecture. Opening shots showing the strong, angular models diving and moving bodies in ways that match the long lines of scenic beauty around them.
Who would have ever thought gay porn could take to the same aspiring levels as, say, renowned architect Louis Kahn? But actually, Hot House models would look perfectly natural doing their thing around Kahn's classic modern masterpieces like the Salk Institute of the Kimbell Art Museum. (Wiki photos)

The opening episode shows Hot House's newest harlot Kyle King playfully tossing
a ball around with blond David Dakota. Dakota's sports a lot of Daniel Craig
in his looks, which may explain the newcomer's big popularity. One of the
movie's best visuals show his face buried in King's ass, cool pool water
glistening off their bodies.

It's the setup for Saint's one-on-one with Ross Hurston (Head Hunters, Inc.. Hurston very first shot shows him inviting all witnesses to his ass.
Standing side by side with Saint, their muscular bodies push the screen into a visual overload. They pop their erection out of their swim trunks, proudly strutting their
endowments.

After this, Hot House ventures into the closest thing it gets to "puppy love." Blond Mason Wyler nuzzles with brunet Kai Ford on an oversized water raft.
Visually, they make a great looking pair. The tall, soft skin of Wyler to the smaller, tattooed Ford makes a perfect contrast.
Wyler looks picture perfect, quietly oozing sexual energy. Ford literally matches him, meeting him pound for pound as they fuck each other. Their sexual flip-flop

How good is Trunks 5? It has its moments, and fans of the genre will enjoy the continuing series. It could have used more international ammunition and fresher couplings to take it to the astounding levels reached in the previous volumes of the series. Of course, if you join the Hot House Backroom, members can enjoy all of it, all day long. And who could possibly be averse to that?
