Bobby Williams finds Hot Properties

Hot Properties, from Raging Stallion Studios, may not have enjoyed the marketing budget of other films this year, but it crackles with erotic energy that fills the screen from beginning to end. Chris Ward's eye for a diverse, interesting and sex hungry cast of models is probably one the finest in the industry. The boxcover in fact features an ethnic sampler showing German Andreas Stich, Latino Manuel Torres and African American Marc Williams, all gorgeous male specimens. In this day of adult studios effectively segregating races into boring niches, the final product is most refreshing.

Because of its egalitarian casting, the film's setting in San Francisco is all the more believable. Williams plays a real estate agent who clearly enjoys his job as a realtor in such a hot city. Williams looks like a football linebacker; everything on his body is big. Unfortunately we must wait several scenes in to the movie to see all of his unclothed.

Bobby Williams stops by his office, seeking help in finding a new condo. It turns out, the blond is having roommate problems.

Earlier that morning, Williams and hairy chested JD Kolin have a rousing sex session in the shower, only to be spied on by hung roommate Danny Hunter. As the two guys explore the bucolic landscape around the house, Williams cannot stop groping Dean's butt with his hands.

Indoors, it's sex on the stairs! Williams and Dean peel off their clothes, followed with Dean giving a great blowjob. And watching Dean delve into his ass only drives the point home.

After this, Manuel Torres stops by the Hot Properties real estate agency. He is greeted by a business-dressed Pete Ross, whose attraction to Torres keeps him from concentrating on his job. In their last Raging Stallion film together, Passport to Paradise, Ross and Torres were noticably not paired together for anything significant.

At long last, the wait to see them conjoin is over with this hot sex-in-the-office coupling, highlighted with Ross getting nailed on his desk. The build-up is fabulous: Torres lathers the blond's hairless hole slowly with his tongue. For those expecting the film to end on the highest possible note, Hot Properties does not disappoint. Marc Williams shows a loft to a skeptical Troy Punk. They enter to find two strikingly hot construction workers blowing each other. At this sight Punk's attitude improves one hundred percent, and they all jump into a great four way finale.

Construction worker Pierce Daniels (no relation to the 1980s model of the same name) is an impressive newcomer with a hot tattoo running down his right arm. He uses his cock to make mincemeat of Punk's bubblebutt, screwing him in several positions. Nearby, Willimas literally nails Irons to the floor with his black flagpole.

The scene ends with money shots sprayed onto the chests. Filled with sexy white, brown and black guys doing it in innovative settings, Hot Properties has something for everyone.

The sextoy company AdamMale gets co-billing in the film credits as co-creator. This is the first such release from the company, and if it is any indication of their movie product, we absolutely insist for more. Such a relationship between Raging Stallion and AdamMale would easily become a new hot property.
